To House Intel Kaby Lake Processors; Comes With 32GB Of RAM

The MacBook Pro 2016 model was unveiled in October last year, coming in three variants of two 13-inch models and one high-end 15-inch model - the company has similar plans this year, according to popular Apple analyst Ming-Ching Kuo.

The 15-inch and 13-inch MacBook Pro models will enter production in the third quarter. However, Kuo believes that the development and release of such a laptop is inevitable as Apple will be constrained to increased RAM capacity of its MacBook series due to the restrictions which are now present in the design of the memory systems.

Following the same design as the current MacBook Pro models which were released late past year, Apple's refreshed 15-inch MacBook Pro model is apparently being targeted at the high-end user base, with desktop-class 32GB RAM available to satisfy the needs of the consumer.

Cupertino-based Apple in October introduced the thinnest and lightest MacBook Pro ever with Touch Bar. As for the MacBook Pro has got a cool reception, It could satisfy the most demanding Apple addict.

Not enough memory: Kuo says a 16GB RAM option may be added to the new 12-inch MacBook. However, with the incorporation of an Intel Kaby Lake processor, Apple should be able to offer "potentially-desktop-class" RAM in its 2017 model of MacBook Pro.

Mass production is expected to begin in Q2 2017 and Kuo also thinks that there will be 16GB memory option for the small MacBook.

These improvements are likely to "trigger a replacement trend among existing MacBook users", reports Digitimes, citing "market watchers".
