Victor Moses extends contract with Chelsea

Antonio Conte could be lured back to Italy with an astonishing £51 million contract reportedly on offer from Inter Milan.

"I feel very excited", he told the official Chelsea website.

When asked about his long-term plans, and a question was phrased about leaving Chelsea after "10 or 15 years", Conte joked: "I thank you for your optimism".

"This new contract is testament to Victor's hard work and dedication to succeed at Chelsea and we believe he will be a big part of our future success".

"I repeat the only problem for me this season is that my family is missing me because they are staying in Italy". "In this season my wife and my daughter stayed in Italy but I hope they come and stay here also because I need them".

"This system (3-5-2) was in my mind when we planned the season with the club", Conte was quoted as saying by the London Evening Standard.

And Conte is aware of the precarious nature of management, particularly at Chelsea where owner Roman Abramovich has regularly wielded the managerial axe.

Conte hinted that Chelsea have been preparing in an effort to combat the aerial threat of West Ham's Andy Carroll.

"We found players not to adapt but to play in different roles compared to the past".

However, on the two occasions the Spaniard has not started in the league at the head of Conte's attack, the Italian manager has opted to field Eden Hazard as the No. 9 rather than bring in Batshuayi.

Conte added: "He got kicked".

Turkish giants Galatasaray are preparing a summer move for Chelsea's out-of-favour striker Michy Batshuayi.

The combination of his natural attacking instincts, and ability to defend intelligently when the opposition are in possession, ensure Moses is ideally suited to the way in which Conte wants his team to play. "For sure, from now until the end, the pressure will be very high but we must live with this and we have good experience to face this situation". He must continue to work and anything can happen. When I was a footballer, I played only for two teams: Lecce and Juventus.
