Must-See Star Styles From the '13 Reasons Why' Premiere

When the show begins, Clay Jensen has just received the tapes, and we gradually listen to them with him.

Users can uncover the tragic story of the high school student from "13 Reasons Why" by exploring her phone in a web experience. As her final arrangement, Hannah leaves behind a stack of cassette tapes that reveal her anguish, and names the 13 people whom she says dished it up.

After all, not every young adult book can translate into a Hollywood hit like the adaptation of John Green's Fault in Our Stars, which ended up amassing more than $300 million at the worldwide box office in 2014. It follows a group of teenagers as they come to terms with the shock death of their classmate Hannah, as played by Katherine Langford. Suicide is devastating, and it should be depicted as such - I certainly don't think 13 Reasons Why should have sugarcoated or glossed over Hannah's choice to end her life. The conversation-advancing special includes necessary outreach information, expert analysis, behind-the-scenes footage and features executive producers Selena Gomez and Mandy Teefey. It's a simple hook, but an effective one, with each tape (and its accompanying revelation) serving as a devastating explanation for Hannah's slow disillusionment with the world around her. Through Hannah and Clay's dual narratives, 13 Reasons Why weaves an intricate and heart wrenching story of teenage life that will deeply affect viewers.

Comcast to expand streaming service amid cord-cutting trend (CMCSA, DISH, T)
According to sources, the impending Xfinity Instant TV is said to be a revamped variant of Stream. With this service, Comcast will reportedly be able to cater to homes using high-speed internet.

Reviewers are already suggesting the series is a binge-worthy addition to Netflix's growing library of content geared toward younger audiences. With this in mind, the actress took her preparation for the role seriously.

Selena adds, "So I think the message and people, no matter what age you are, can relate to the story". "Everybody has gone through this, and more than ever it should be talked about today". The singer also did an acoustic version of her track "Kill 'Em With Kindness" for the film's soundtrack. But even its flaws help to mimic the show's ultimate goal: to paint a gorgeous, and bad tapestry of what it means to live on this planet - and what it means for those that stay behind when we leave it.
