In the video, Stephens named a woman and tells the victim, Robert Godwin Sr., that "she's the reason that this is about to happen toyou".

On Sunday, Stephens uploaded three videos to Facebook.

Steve Stephens, the so-called "Facebook killer", sparked a multi-state manhunt after he brazenly gunned down a Cleveland man at random, recording the encounter on his phone and uploading the video to Facebook.

Steve Stephens was accused of shooting Robert Godwin Sr (74) on a sidewalk on Sunday before fleeing in a auto and uploading a video of the murder to Facebook. When authorities tried to pull him over, he shot and killed himself.

Joy Lane expressed remorse for the family of Robert Godwin Sr., whose shooting death was shared on Facebook, as two of Godwin's daughters repeatedly told Lane she was not at fault for the tragedy.

"We are grateful that this has ended", said Cleveland Division of Police Chief Calvin Williams.

The authorities had been searching for Stephens for two days when local police spotted him in Erie County, Pennsylvania Tuesday morning.
